Summary: The door to my room did not have a safety latch, and the back end of the card lock was broken off. I was there for a quick trip so just put the table in front of it for feeling some security. There was dirt on the floor and top of the drawers. Breakfast is also listed as included, but was not present.

Summary: Bugs in my room. Hung a Do Not Disturb sign, but my room was entered anyway. The website says you have breakfast, but there was absolutely nothing. Not even coffee. The excuse was something about remodeling even though nothing appears to be in process. There's no way the stairs leading down to the pool area are in code. The size of the TV is a joke. The electrical outlets are so loose I couldn't even charge my phone.
